Nexidia recognizes that users may not wish to be contacted about new or related products. Nexidia.com allows you to opt-out of e-mail marketing that may result from your use of the site. You may opt-out by sending an e-mail to info@Nexidia.com, indicating "opt-out" in the subject line and specifying, if any, what problem you have encountered in the body of the message.

For complaints that cannot be resolved between Nexidia and the complainant, Nexidia has agreed to participate in the dispute resolution procedures of the panel established by the European Data Protection Authorities to resolve disputes pursuant to the Safe Harbor Principles.
