Create or update caption timings, navigate within videos by clicking in a transcript, and quickly locate text that doesn’t match the final dialogue.
- Language Identification: Identify and verify the primary language of both audio and text files, so you can be sure to broadcast and publish the right dialogue tracks and caption files.
- Transcript and Caption Identification: Automatically find and match text-based assets associated with media files. For example, plug-ins are provided to access Avid iNews rundowns and to parse file formats such as SAMI-based closed-captioning and Avid NSML.
- Automated Clip Creation: Leveraging newscast rundowns from Avid iNews, Syndicate identifies story boundaries based on the synchronized dialogue and corresponding metadata.

XML-based I/O
