Protecting personal information is very important to Nexidia Inc. ("Nexidia"). Therefore, this Safe Harbor Privacy Policy (this "Policy") sets forth the privacy principles that Nexidia follows with respect to transfers of Personal Data (as defined below) from the twenty-five (25) member states of the European Union (the "EU") (Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom) to the United States.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Nexidia will investigate and attempt to resolve complaints and disputes regarding use and disclosure of personal information in accordance with the principles contained in this Policy. For complaints that cannot be resolved between Nexidia and the complainant, Nexidia has agreed to participate in the dispute resolution procedures of the panel established by the European Data Protection Authorities to resolve disputes pursuant to the Safe Harbor Principles.
