Technical Overview

While Nexidia is able to house audio and metadata, our architecture is designed to allow integration into existing Content Management Systems. The Nexidia Web Services enables integration to the speech analytics solution by presenting industry standard SOAP interfaces to make audio searchable – allowing authorized users to execute searches against that audio.

Technical features of the Nexidia Developer Edition include:

• Application Framework: Audio indexing and search components are made available to application developers via open-standard Web Service (SOAP) interfaces. These interfaces are designed to allow the rapid integration of powerful speech analysis without a detailed understanding of the underlying technologies and SDKs.
