Audio Discovery OnDemand Methodology
Nexidia will assist you in understanding and collecting audio data, and will process your audio-video content in our secure data center. After preparation and indexing, audio evidence is returned to the client with software that allows full review and analysis by your own litigation team. This package includes our new Forensic Search interface, specially designed to allow reviewers to quickly access predefined searches as well as drill deeper into evidence with simply but very powerful search tools. Any recordings of interest can be exported out for use in other applications, e.g. trial presentation software. Of course, all evidence is strictly protected; original recordings are not altered in any way.
In addition, using our extensive experience searching and analyzing all types of audio-from intelligence matters to call center recordings-we will help design and implement an effective methodology to find the crucial evidence that can make or break a case. Predefined queries and term sets can be built based on known topics of interest, which will help identify the recordings most likely to be responsive. Sophisticated audio mining techniques and automation allow the legal team to concentrate its efforts on legal matters, by finding and focusing on the most important evidence.
Audio Discovery OnDemand Projects
OnDemand projects are priced based on the amount of audio data processed for analysis, similar to other data discovery methods. Since there are a wide variety of formats and compression techniques used for audio-video files, "volume" of audio content is measured in hours and minutes of audio recording rather than storage requirements. The approach ensures consistency, regardless of the type of audio files.
